About innovation and daring
We believe that law is both a science and an art. It is a science because it seeks to find answers to questions arising from legal relationships between legal subjects. It is an art because these answers are not always readily apparent, requiring innovation to identify correct and effective solutions.
For the scientific aspect of law, a lawyer with solid legal knowledge is necessary and sufficient. There are situations where a legal pattern can easily overlay the factual situation, leading to a correct solution.
However, for the artistic aspect of law, innovation and daring are required beyond the capabilities of artificial intelligence that merely applies algorithms. It is in this realm that solutions can be identified that surprise through their efficiency.
About commitment and perseverance
We believe that every profession must be pursued with a desire for perfection, with a continuous intention to do more than the minimum required, and with the power to seek and find unexpected solutions, sometimes considered impossible.
We believe that the profession of a lawyer can only be practiced with passion.
In the current Romanian system, perseverance is one of the antidotes to the (unfortunately frequent) violations suffered by fundamental rights and freedoms.
We believe that fighting together with and alongside our clients is more effective with involvement, with the ultimate goal always being to uphold our clients’ rights and remedy the damages caused to them, which should be a unanimous aspiration in a rule of law.
About science and titles
We operate in 3 bar associations: Bucharest and Ilfov (Romania) and Paris (France).
We are fluent in 3 languages: Romanian, English, and French.
We hold both national and international specializations in our areas of practice: human rights, real estate law, business law and criminal law.
We conduct concrete and effective activities in all courts and prosecutor’s offices nationwide, as well as with all public institutions and authorities, representing and acting on behalf of individuals and legal entities.
We represent clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
About history and evolution
We have been successfully operating since 2000. We started with the hope that the principle of justice, guaranteed at the constitutional level, is real. We continued with the desire to eliminate any flaws in the rule of law. We have encountered almost all the issues present in the judiciary and have learned how to manage them. We have evolved from a law firm with a single lawyer to one with many collaborating lawyers and support staff, working intensively every day for and with clients. We have the ability to respond promptly and efficiently to any legal issues.
We have reached a point where comprehensive experience has combined with acquired knowledge and innate artistry to form a cohesive whole.
